The Ultradose series pneumatic volumetric dosers can be used for the precise filling of a wide range of non-aggressive chemical-cosmetic products (creams, lubricants, detergents, liquid soap).
Made of stainless steel, they are equipped with a support table adjustable in height and a column frame; the dose is easily adjustable by means of a handwheel with graduated scale reference.
The pistons are completely removable by clamps for cleaning operations.
The electric panel includes a selector to operate the dosing unit continuously in order to carry out the washing with a sanitizing solution; a second switch allows you to choose between semi-automatic or automatic working modes.
The dosing units are equipped with a pedal control to start the dosing in semi-automatic mode.
A stainless steel hopper with a capacity of about 30L is supplied (for maximum precision it is recommended to use the hopper).

The dosing units are available in four versions with min/max capacity:

Mod. UD250       50 – 250 ml.
Mod. UD500      100 – 500 ml.
Mod. UD1000    200 – 1000 ml.
Mod. UD2000    300 – 2000 ml.
